Hostel Manager and Management Assistant

Tony and Julie joined Wairarapa College Hostel in 1996 as Hostel Supervisors.

Tony was appointed Hostel Manager in 2000. They have two grown children who are working and studying. They both thoroughly enjoy working with teenagers and helping them to achieve their goals and they also enjoy participating and following sports.

Tony enjoys family, hunting and his lifestyle block; Julie enjoys family, gardening and arts and crafts.

Shelley and Hone started at the hostel in February 2009 and really enjoy College House life. With 4 children of their own they understand the challenges and rewards of raising teenagers and they hope to make a postitive impact on the lives of the young people here at the hostel.

Their interests include sport, music and spending time with family.
