Rental Schedules Wairarapa College Hall
Tier One
FULL DAY – (12 hours)
Includes use of main auditorium and mezzanine level, stage, kitchen, toilet areas and includes cleaning.
Seating for 1200 being 344 fixed seats in the mezzanine and 856 movable seats in the auditorium.
Hire includes access to lighting and sound, one House Technician will be supplied if required @ $25 per hour for a maximum of 8 hours.
Hireage cost $900 this includes cleaning costs and heating / cooling as required.
HALF DAY– (not exceeding 6 hours)
Includes use of main auditorium and mezzanine level, stage, kitchen, toilet areas, and includes cleaning.
Seating for 1200 being, 385 fixed seats in the mezzanine and 815 movable seats in the auditorium.
Hire includes access to lighting and sound, one House Technician will be supplied if required @ $25 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours.
Hireage cost $600 this includes cleaning costs and heating / cooling as required
SET UP & BREAKDOWN
This includes the use of main auditorium and mezzanine level, stage and kitchen, toilet areas.
Access to classroom areas will only be allowed when not in use by the college.
These times will be confirmed at booking.
Hireage cost $90 per hour
All hirers will be required to pay a bond of $300 that will be refunded at the end of the rental term once the building has been inspected.
